Recipe: Better Than Anything Cake


If you have never tried Better Than Anything Cake, than you have been missing out. Better Than Anything Cake is an easy to make poke cake that is super delicious!

To make Better Than Anything Cake, you need one box mix of your favorite chocolate cake (we used Pillsbury), caramel sauce (we used Smucker's but you could use your favorite or make your own),  8 oz. of thawed Cool Whip, and an 8 oz. bag of Heath English Toffee Bits.


You will need to grease a 9 x 13 pan and make your chocolate cake as directed on the box.



Once your cake is baked and has cooled, you will want to poke holes in your cake. We used a dinner knife to create random holes in our cake but you could also use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes.


After you have poked holes in your cake, you will pour your caramel sauce into the holes and we added some extra to the top of the cake because the caramel sauce will soak into the cake and it is so good (just be careful not to add too much caramel sauce).



Next, you can add your Cool Whip topping to the top of your cake.


Then, add your Heath bits by evenly spreading the bits on top of the Cool Whip.



Finally, cut and serve.
