Recipe: 2 Ingredient Lemon Bars

We had to try these two ingredient lemon bars after hearing how easy they are to make and we were not disappointed by the taste. If you like lemon, this is a must dessert for you.

To make two ingredient lemon bars, all you need is a box of angel food cake mix (we used Betty Crocker) and a 21 oz. can of lemon pie filling (we used Duncan Hines).

Simply mix the dry cake mix and lemon pie filling together in a bowl.

Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. You will bake your lemon bars at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. You can use a toothpick to make sure they are done (to test, use a toothpick by poking the bars with the toothpick and if the toothpick comes out clean, the bars are done baking).

Wait for the lemon bars to cool and serve.

We added powdered sugar (optional).

So Easy! So Good! Enjoy!
