Find Your Inspiration

Getting back into shape can be hard but sometimes the hardest part is just getting started. I find that a little inspiration can go a long way when finding your motivation to start your fitness journey.

I have found that seeing other people's transitions into get back into shape to be a really good source of motivation and very inspiring.

One such story that I came across was an 85 year-old body builder. You can check out her story below in the video clip from the Today show.
